Hang in there Dave. Sorry to hear of the disapproval, but things will turn around. They always do.

As for me, I could be better also. Once again the second child and I are in the isolation unit at the hospital. She's doing well, fevers have passed. Just waiting for her neutrophil count to come back up.

Dave everybody gets turned down the first couple of times! Just keep at them and keep your spirits high, don't give up!!

Thanks Mr. Bob, I'm not giving up. i just feel like I'm being swallow up in the system and lost. I look around and see young kids getting a check that have never hit a lick, cause they have a drug problem or they're depress etc.etc.. What about those of us that actually worked and paid into it? I tried to work for two years after I was told to go out. I do believe it's time for some bourbon and some Virginia Slices.

Dave its a known rule that they never approve it until the 3rd attempt, if you have been filling your forms in your self, DONT make an appointment with the citizans advice they fill it in for you, and they they really know how to word things, it took me 4yrs to finally get my approval on my third attempt so keep at them my friend it will all come together

Well ive just found out that my stepson who as just left school this yr with top grades, & whom was joining the army as a electrical engineer, is going to be a dad, at 17, so has you can imagine im so disapointed in him, hes thrown is early yrs away now and im going to be a grandad at 42, so im sipping a single malt whisky and smoking my pipe, trying to calm down and get my head around it all,

Been there and done that, you better have a well stocked cellar because that is quite a bit more than a three pipe problem!!! Good luck my friend!!

Been a brutal winter, seems as though every time I turn around I have another cold.

But man the past two weeks it's been migraine after migraine and now I feel like I'm starting with a nasty virus...just want to go to sleep and wake up in May.
