Been rather crappy recently. Just got over a kidney infection, which left me in pain and practically bed-ridden. Now that it's gone, I still have to take the antibiotics, which have left me in yet another conundrum. Everything tastes different. Food, and of course baccy. Tried to light up a bowl of Christmas Cheer this evening and was quite put off, and that ticks me off. Can't wait until I'm through with these fat white pills.

Exhausted would be putting it mildly. Now that I am working my "normal" shift for a week...things will start to settle down and I will find my routine

Tired and achy here. We've been understaffed and overworked lately since they cut 800 hrs from the schedules. Yesterday I had to do some car repair work after putting in a 9 hr day. I didn't get to bed until after noon. Today I got home late again after putting in 9 1/2 hrs. I'm probably going in late tonight to burn off some of this overtime they won't let us keep. Ah, life in retail, ain't it wonderful?

Not worth a damn! I think I have a stomach virus. I have cramps, nausea, and diarrhea. I'm camped out 10 feet from the restroom!

I'm feeling like crap here. I hurt myself at work a few nights ago, and the doctor has verified what I already knew... I have a hernia on my right side. This really sucks because I just went through this not a year ago on my left side. I'm waiting on the call for my pre-op doctor visit, and have to call the company that handles workers comp for Walmart to see if they're going to make me get a second opinion first. In the meantime, they have me doing door greeter duty in the evening, so at least I'm not out any money yet. I'm just ready to get this over with, and get back to my regular job, and get rid of the pain.

How do I feel? Useless, I got turned down on my disability. I have a family that I let down because I got sick. This is probably the lowest point in my life and I see no light ahead of me. I've fallen into the Abyss.
