Meers with small bowls?

Who makes decent Meer with a small bowl? I was on Altinok's site and couldn't seem to find any.

You could contact Sinan...I'm sure he would be happy to have his carvers do something for you. While you're at it, get the shape you want for that "special" meerschaum.

Also, keep checking the bay for CPF, GFB and WDC meerschaums. The first two were made in the very early 1900s, and small bowls were the norm back then. WDC meerschaums were commonly small too, though they ranged well into the 60s and 70s where sizes got larger. The ones from these marques that I have, both meerschaum and briar, are of excellent quality, often with gold or silver fitments on bowl and shank. The draw on mine are slightly tighter than today's offerings...another common trait of that era.
Still, for me, it's really nice to sit and smoke a fine pipe from a by-gone era, and wonder at the stories they could tell me.

Yeah...that *is* a beauty! About a group 2-3??? Looks like a military mount on that too...sweet!

I woul guess 3, maybe too. About half a flake fits great! And yes, military mount. It's a Signature series pipe.
