We Were Robbed!!

We took my mom and brother out to eat this evening and when we returned home we discovered our home had been robbed. They cleaned us out, big screen tv, computers, DVD players, window air conditioner, and my pipes. This is the second time I have had this happen in the past ten years. The police said this is the second break in they had tonight. My wife is so upset we had to have her medicated. I'm just real pissed!! I now have a total if three pipes, they didn't even touch my tobacco! I have a laptop they didn't find and my iPhone. Well thank god I have insurance and have photos and serial numbers on CD's and DVD of everything taken. I think I will now sit here and get drunk!!

Sorry to hear it amigo! This really sucks! There are a lot of low-lifes out there, but it's the lowest of the low who steal a man's pipes. Glad you have insurance, but it would be better to get your possessions back.
You might consider posting photos of the pipes (if you have them)....they might show up on E-Bay or Craig's List......or they might end their lives as dope pipes. THAT...would be sad!!!

So sorry Bob, only Yesterday i fitted a new House Alarm in our house, not that i live in bad area, just for the wifes peace of mind, but i kno how it feels, it happened to me before i met the wife, and it stinks, people thinking that they can make there way through life from other peoples hard work low life scum, once again im sorry for your bad news, & and your mum & brother being there was supposed to be a nice time spent together.

Bob, I'm terribly sorry to hear about this incident. First and foremost, thank God you and your family are safe, but that's an incredibly demoralizing thing to have happen. I agree with Ted: there's a special place in Hell for someone who steals a man's pipes. On the upside (if there is an upside) the pipes will surely be a telltale clue to finding these bastards if they try and sell any of them.

I am also sorry to hear of this Bob. I sincerely hope the authorities catch those insufferable assholes.

I mean, taking a persons pipe collection? That deserves the death penalty.

My faith in humanity has dropped another couple notches...

B*******ds, My faith in the human race is at an all time low at the moment and hearing this from you mate has confirmed it. There are too many people out there who want a free ride and think that they can take what they want from others who have worked their whole life to build up their home and possessions. I hope they rot in hell. Every house should have a BFG and anyone who sets foot inside your property should be fair game!

It seems strange the thieves would steal pipes. Normally they take only stuff that they can fence easily such as guns, cameras, electronics and jewelry. Anyway, you have our condolences and we hope the S.O.B.s will be caught.

Bob my condolences to you and your wife. F**king S.O.B.S!!! Someone mentioned pics of your pipes, there should be a load here in the archives from threads where you showed your pipes. I remember seeing a couple of pics you have put up. If that helps with being able to I.D. them. In a strange way as someone has mentioned if the pukes try to sell them locally or on Ebay Etc. It should be easy to identify them. You would think they would go for the tobacco, as I think only pipe smokers and collectors would know the value of the pipes. I hope, and I do think they will be pinched ( and F**king Hard ) because of the pipes you own. I feel so bad for you and your wife. If an Admin. here can get to all of the posts where you showed your pipes, then they can print them. I hope that is a bit of help.

I am sorry Bob. I just cannot imagine how you and your wife must feel. Not once, but twice yet. I guess we are lucky here. We haven't locked our doors in 12 years. I truly hope your insurance kicks in with no trouble, but I realize it still cannot replace all you lost, with sentimental value.
