It does smoke nicely HCraven, just what does Par Shooter mean? It is an odd name The Par Shooter.

Well shooting par is a sign that you are a pretty good golfer so I think a par shooter would be a golf reference. Par is the base score that you try to achieve on each hole. (So if a hole had a par of four you are aiming to get it in on four shots to make par. Five shots is one over par, three would be one under etc.)
So the name seems to be a golf reference implying someone who is capable of shooting par, which I can tell you is not an easy feat for most golfers.
