I am pleased to tell everyone that Storient has offered to give me a Free Pipe as mine is lost somewhere in Turkey. This makes me feel good to know that I will have a nice pipe to smoke.

I'm glad to hear that this has come to a happy conclusion. Good customer service is oftentimes more important than simply having a good product or a fair price, especially when your potential clientelle is a rather small community, like ours. Word gets around fast, and a bad reputation can ruin a small businessman. I hope to hear only good things about Storient in the future.

Very cool, looks like they got some kind of pressure from Smoking pipes as well... they took down the page for Storient pipes when this hit the PSU.... now they have taken action to resolve this... smoking pipes have put their page back up....

Peer pressure, especially in our small, close-knit community, has a great effect in modifying ones actions. Good to hear that there is some resolution to your problem.
Let us hope that this is "lesson learned" for the vendor................time will tell.
