    Semi Retirement

I just finished the on line Social Security benefits application. My mind and my body have conspired to convince me I need to slow down. The SS and my IRA aren't going to be quite enough, so I will work part time freelancing helping other route guys. And selling my custom cobs.

I should have mentioned early to mid October is the target date.

Congratulations Doug. I wish I were closer to retirement. When people ask you what you are going to do the standard response is "Nothing!"

Unfortunately "Nothing" is not an option. But at least I can spend more time marketing my cob mods and doing some freelance route work. The other distributors are always looking for a little extra help for things.

Congrats mate and enjoy. I am 48 yrs old and am now what I consider to be semi-retired. I work only 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, from 5-9. It was a difficult decision to make but with 3 herniated lower discs, it had to be done.
