New tenon on a Pete 999 K Briar

I picked this old Pete up in the lot from Ebay that had the Bewlays and Barlings. It had a broken tenon so I had to pull the tenon. I also decided to try the threaded tenons from Pipe Makers Emporium. Last evening I used a tap to thread the stem and screwed in the new tenon and glued it. Here are some pics of the before and the after.

Nice one Steve. Did you have to turn that tenon or was it a natural fit? My two Petersons have 5/16 (80S) and 25/64 (B10) dia tenons. The B10 is fitted for a filter....

Ted, I ordered it from PME and it was a perfect fit. I just had to tap the stem and countersink it just a bit to have the tenon screw in flush.
