    Great insight, Mike. As to your point about not having to try or buy everything right now, you're absolutely correct, and that's what has kept this hobby interesting to me for more than twenty years. I'm still finding new tobaccos to try (many of which are older than I am), new (old) pipes to buy, and I'm still learning things and practicing technique. Just as with smoking your pipe, trying to rush it may lead to premature burn-out. Take your time and enjoy the process. It will reward you with a lifetime of pleasure.
