What do you guys think about placing a large order as a group to save shipping and what not?

I might be interested. My money is tight, and I blew my TAD money yesterday. It will be a little while before I can buy more.

It's an interesting thought...but it sounds like a logistical nightmare...I'm guessing do an order like that, it goes to one person, then that one person ships to everybody else?

So there's still going to be shipping costs involved one way or another?!

I mean I would do something like that if I was only ordering a tin and a couple packs of pipe cleaners, but generally the big e-tailers have fairly reasonable shipping costs if you don't make the free shipping limits.

Good thought tho.

There was talk at one time somewhere else about trying to do a group buy of Hamborger Veermaster direct from Dan in Germany, but I know I won't be able to get in on that one now. I could go for something like that, but I'm not fluent in German.
